Dwane Wilkin (left) paid a visit to the Hemmingford Archives this week to cement QAHN's new partnership with the organization which will be producing a series of four new bilingual outdoor interpretive plaques for the village. QAHN's project "Belonging and Identity in English Quebec" is being financially supported by Quebec's Secretariat for Relations with the English-speaking Quebecers.
