larger_magdalen_0.jpgLegends of Magdalen is a 45-minute film that explores the shipwrecks and treasures of the Magdalen Islands, one of North America's greatest underwater cemeteries. Over 300 sunken ships have been documented by Leonard Clark - local fisherman, farmer and self-taught archeologist. Leonard embodies the history and spirit of the Islands.

"Legends of Magdalen" is a winner of the Quebec Anglophone Heritage Network’s StoryNet Documentary Film Challenge, as well as the Rogers Documentary Film Fund Grant.
