Sir John Johnson was buried amid much pomp nearly two centuries ago on the slopes of Mount Johnson, Quebec. His vault was restored a few years ago by the local branch of the UEL.

Lunch at the Érablière Charbonneau was followed by a talk by branch president Michel Racicot and a visit to Sir John Johnson's burial vault at the base of Mount Johnson (Mont Saint-Grégoire).
