Annmarie Adams is an architectural historian and professor at McGill University with a focus on institutions and houses. She is currently Vice-President of the Canadian Society for the History of Medicine. She has published books on British homes and health, Canadian women architects, and 20th-century hospitals. She is currently writing a “spatial biography” of Dr. Maude Abbott.
