Provincial legislation that further strengthened Quebec’s Charter of the French Language in 2025 continues to raise many questions among non-profit organizations who serve and are supported by the province’s English-speaking communities.
With financial support from the SRQEA, the Quebec Anglophone Heritage Network (QAHN) and the non-profit legal-education group Éducaloi organized a workshop and discussion on October 15, 2025 to explore how changes to the Charter might affect heritage organizations.
