The Coasters Association supports the development of the English-speaking communities of the Lower North Shore and promotes the natural resources of the region.
The Commission scolaire du Littoral promotes life-long learning and focuses on the success of its students.
These two organizations collaborated in the development of multimedia exhibits involving the English-speaking communities of Chevery, Blanc Sablon and Mecatina.
Two exhibits were achieved through this collaboration. Transitions explores the evolution of transportation along the Lower North Shore, while Old Remedies explores traditional medicines that made use of the region's existing resources to treat ailments.
