As a native of the Eastern Townships, Jody Robinson was raised on a dairy farm near Lennoxville. Always interested in the history of the region, she obtained her BA from Bishop’s University and went on to pursue Master’s studies in History at the Université de Sherbrooke. Jody has worked with heritage organizations in the Eastern Townships, including the Colby-Curtis Museum, the Compton County Historical Museum Society and served as the archivist at the Eastern Townships Resource Centre since 2006. Through her work, Jody strives to spread the word about Townships’ history, people and culture – about our beautiful region and its rich heritage.
