larger_ste.agathe.boat_.allouette.jpgThe line of cruise boats known as "the Alouette" has been catering to summer visitors to Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts for over sixty years.

First established back in 1944, the company has gone through several incarnations of the boat over the years, and is now operating with Alouette V and Alouette VI.

Alouette V is a 65-seater, while Alouette VI can accommodate up to 75 passengers.
Both boats are fully equipped with all of the conveniences, including wood-burning stoves which, when they are plying the waters of the lake during the fall foliage season, make for an ambiance that is unique in the Laurentians.

The operational season of the Alouettes is from June to October.
