The Kempffer Cultural Interpretation Centre is managed by Heritage New Carlisle, a non-profit organization run by volunteers and dedicated to protecting, promoting, and restoring the architectural, material and intangible heritage of the town of New Carlisle.

This exhibit, titled Passages, explores the introduction of Bill 101 and its socio-economic effects on the English-and French-speaking communities in René Lévesque's hometown of New Carlisle.
